How We Document Our Results
We are selective about the work we take on because we are selective about the results we promise. Every client engagement begins with agreed KPIs — specific, numerical, time-bound targets we write into the project brief. At the end of each engagement or quarterly review, we produce a results document that compares baseline metrics to current performance across every agreed dimension. These documents are what you see reflected in the case summaries above. No vanity metrics, no cherry-picked data windows — just the numbers at the agreed measurement date compared to the agreed baseline. If a number moved in the wrong direction, we say so and explain why.
