Do you require a long-term contract for retainer services?
We ask for an initial three-month commitment on SEO and performance marketing retainers. This is not a lock-in — it is the minimum time needed to move through setup, calibration, and early optimisation before results are meaningful. After three months, retainers roll monthly with 30 days' notice to end.
Can you provide a quote before a discovery call?
We can share indicative ranges via email for common project types (brand identity, standard website) if you give us enough context. For bespoke projects and retainers, a short call is always more useful than a number without context — and it costs you nothing.
Are your fees quoted inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All fees quoted by Vaughn & Ashford are exclusive of VAT at the standard Irish rate. We are VAT-registered and will issue a compliant VAT invoice for every engagement.
